This caused issues with {{tl|Infobox awards list}}, as the list of specific awards doesn't collapse; it should switch to <code>display: none</code> when the collapse button is toggled, but the !important property prevents this. Can !important be safely removed from this style sheet? The diff included [https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/F55300125 this file] showing [[Chris Dangerfield|this page]], and when I go there and edit the CSS in my browser, removing that property doesn't seem to cause issues.
